Gucci writes: lilac, patchouli and rich amber. Indulge in GUILTY PLEASURES. Discover the scent of defiance. In summary, silvery lavender and silvery woods, ethereal orange blossom with hints of smoke, honey, patchouli and dry white tobacco. The late drydown smells of the white tobacco with a bit of vanilla.

I just didn't come into Gucci at their high point I guess. I found them now. I don't know what their old stuff smells like because most of it isn't available. When I got my nose on Gucci Guilty it was because I was in a store and compared it on an equal footing to many others for which I wasn't concerned with the brand name. My nose was my judge. Scent: This smells divine, and I have received more compliments on this in the week I’ve worn it than any I can remember. My favorite part is the opening. This opens up fresh and invigorating and drys down into a warm scent(not sweet) perfect for fall or spring. Could also be great for dates or with enough sprays, worn in winter. Probably too warm in the dry down for summer. My wife’s new favorite scent for me to wear! This is a hard one to recommend unless of course, you don't already have a mass appealing scent in your arsenal. The body spray is called like JDMan Extreme, or something generic like that. It can be bought in walmart for 4 dollars, and theres a few others in the line. Honestly, it's a great scent for what it is. The body spray that is. It seriously smells exactly like Gucci Guilty PH.

It's taken multiple wears but I can finally smell this more clearly, and best of all, for more than just an hour or two. I will say that there is some kind of creaminess about this scent that totally turns me off. It's most notable in the first 5 minutes. it's like a juniper/sandalwood mixture which triggers a nauseating response for me. Again, it doesn't last long - but it's definitely there.

Guilty is a predominantly lilac fragrance on me, with a bit of spice from the pink pepper and some mild, fruity, nectar like undertones from the peach, theres also a bit of powdery musk similar to the musk used in Narciso Rodriguez For Her. It reminds me a little bit of how make-up smells actually, but in a good way. There is something else very nostalgic about this scent. It reminds me of a very grown-up version of a similar (although, not as well done) smelling body-spray that I wore as a teenager, whose name I don't even remotely remember, that my father probably bought me at Target. But GG buttons it up, and makes it adult-appropriate, instead of juvenile.

For all of the gentlemen who love and choose Gucci, the woody aromatic Guilty Pour Homme is presented to the market in 2011 as an aromatic companion of popular female edition Gucci Guilty from 2010. So, I bought this because I had a sample of it a while ago, and loved it. I know this has a lot of hate, but it's really not so bad. However....How..Ever..I found something that smells EXACTLY like this, and it is a 4 dollar body spray in like a 5 oz plastic bottle, and having smelled that seems to have turned me off to Gucci Guilty. This is a beautiful fragrance. Generic, yes, but beautiful all the same. The orange and vanilla really come out to play on my skin, with an aura of lavender and patch, making this very masculine but slightly playful. Its sweetness makes it a year-rounder, but it's just fresh enough to make it really shine in the summer. It skirts this line between casual and formal. I bet this would make a great office scent, if you work in that environment, as it's mostly a skin scent.

Guilty opens on my skin with a clean, positive, uplifting, citrusy and a bit peppery lavender with the tender trace of slightly floral orange blossom. The best part of this fragrance is the opening.I wish it would last longer.Gucci Guilty Parfum Pour Homme is a Woody Aromatic Ambery fragrance that magnifies the true essence of the Gucci Guilty Pour Homme signature. A new and intense vision of masculinity, Gucci Guilty Parfum Pour Homme opens with a lighter, milder, and more modernized aromatic hook of French Lavandin Abrialis and uplifting Lemon Sfumatrice that combine perfectly with the intensity of Juniper. The true essence of Gucci Guilty Pour Homme is magnified at the heart with the deep ambery signature of Spanish Cistus combined with the floral richness of Orange Flower and a spicy hint of Nutmeg. Finally, the mysterious elegance of Indonesian Patchouli is reinforced with the long-lasting sensation of Dry Woods and Musks.

The violet, the cypress and the rosemary with heliotrope and juniper berries create a vibe hard to explain. Some said it smells somewhat medicinal and I can see that. I find the vibe it gives being a gentle metallic, with a little sweetness (probably from patchouli) and some greenness, but both the sweetness and greenness are one with the gentle metallic smell, not on their own (this is very well blended). it does kind of remind me of Chanel edition blanche sport extreme, but that one is better than this. I do not get any incense or scratchy chemical notes like I do from BdC or AdG Profumo. This is way more smooth and much more pleasing to me. Apparently, this was not run for very long. I get real curious when a fragrance is met with 'we don't get it' . Dump it, 'it aint sellin'. I just have to move in for the sniff. I like prospecting. I'm getting real good at it, but had to waste some money at first.Longevity is about 12 hours but the last 4 will be a pure skin scent. Projection is only decent for a couple hours but I imagine it will bloom more in the heat. OCCASIONS: Formal events, outdoor gatherings, gym, office, business, casual, holidays, vacations, romantic, dating. This is an office-friendly fragrance. The opening of GG is stunning. Of these lilac-perfumes people mentioned: ARDEN 5th Avenue, LANVIN Eclat d'Arpège and GUCCI Guilty, I found GG to be most appealing while A5A is gentle enough and LEdA kind of artificial. The stunning, luxerious and extravagant opening of this perfume is like a vintage lilac-wine, at the same time it's heady only in its first hour. After drydown I found what on my skin is barely noticeable, like a hint of vanilla+musk, pale and unattractive.
